
Who is Lucy?
I'm the VA with a BA. I have an honours degree in English and a passion for combining my love of the written word, with innovative visuals, to create striking content.

Highly organised and with meticulous attention to detail, I easily navigate complex spreadsheets and CRM systems. I started my career in administration, before moving to sales roles in real estate and publishing. From this I have developed a unique skill set, from invoicing and diary management, to lead generation and data entry.

Tight deadlines? Not an issue. I work methodically to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high-quality, every time.


We live in an online world and as a digital native, I have an in-depth understanding of social media and an abundance of experience. This includes setting up social media pages for businesses, creating engaging content and growing profiles. I understand analytics and am able to translate this to growth tactics. In one week I have been able to create a business page for a start-up and reach an audience in excess of 12k.

Other experience includes freelance writing for websites, multiple press releases published and the creation and subsequent management of blogs.
